Knitting

• 138 circular knitting machines across Denizli (70) and Batman (68) cover gauges 18 – 44, allowing single-jersey, rib, interlock and plated or standard three-thread fleece production; 20 machines are electronic jacquard-capable

• Five Karl Mayer warp-knitting lines (pile, spacer and tricot) deliver more than 6.8 million m² of fabric annually

Dyeing & Finishing

• 33 HT dyeing vessels from 15 kg lab size up to 1 200 kg bulk lots, all with online recipe & low-liquor technology 

• Two pad-batch ranges dedicated to knit and woven fabrics; 6 stenter lines, 1 relax dryer and 1 continuous tumbler secure dimensional stability

• Mechanical & chemical finishing: 6 wet-on-wet softening lines, 4 compactors (2 open-width sequin), 6 raising/brushing machines, 2 shears, 7 anti-pilling tumblers and 1 carbon sueding unit

Printing & Coating

• 4 rotary screen printers, 5 high-resolution digital ink-jet printers and 5 sublimation transfer presses supply up to 3.5 million m² printed fabric per year; an automatic paste kitchen keeps shade variation under ±1 g

• 2 lamination presses handle all-over or panel bonding, foil transfer and membrane laminates with optional water-repellent, breathable finishes 

Pre-treatment & Washing

• Integrated singeing, desizing, cold-bleach and mercerising lines feed 3 continuous washing ranges that cut water consumption by up to 72 %

Quality, Energy & Sustainability

• 15 inline inspection/packing stations provide real-time defect mapping and automated roll packing 

• A rooftop solar plant supplies 5.5 GWh green electricity annually, supporting ISO 14001 and Higg compliance targets 

• Low-emission boilers, online chemical dosing and full effluent treatment keep operations comfortably below EU BAT thresholds
